IT Support Engineer
Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, basic networking and a genuine talent for helping people without making them feel foolish.
We are a small team in Bengaluru solving practical technology problems for businesses that depend on us. If you like fixing things properly and explaining them clearly, you will fit in.
We do not always have a formal vacancy open, but we are always interested in meeting capable people. These are the roles we typically recruit for.
Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, basic networking and a genuine talent for helping people without making them feel foolish.
Firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, VLANs and server infrastructure. Comfortable planning a cutover and documenting it afterwards.
Endpoint security, email protection, backup and recovery, Microsoft 365 hardening and practical incident response.
You will not be one cog in a 500-person service desk. You will see the whole environment, talk directly to the client and follow a problem through to the fix.
That means more responsibility — and a much faster learning curve. It also means we expect you to write things down, communicate like an adult and ask for help when you need it.
Certifications are welcome, but attitude and evidence of real troubleshooting matter more.
We cover approved training and exam fees for relevant certifications.
Protected time to study, lab and work on internal improvements.
Work alongside senior engineers, not a ticket queue with no context.
Site visits and client travel are covered, with a clear policy.
Annual leave plus public holidays, with sensible flexibility for emergencies.
A work laptop and the software you need to do the job properly.
We keep it short and tell you where you stand at each stage.
Send your details. We read every application ourselves.
A 30-minute call about your experience and what you want next.
A short troubleshooting scenario — no trick questions, no whiteboard theatre.
A clear offer with role, expectations and start date.
Tell us a little about yourself. If you have a CV or portfolio, mention the link — we will ask for it if we need more detail.
