Support plans

Support that fits the business you have today.

Every plan is scoped after a free audit, so you pay for the coverage you need — not a fixed package that assumes everyone is the same. No per-ticket charges, no surprise invoices.

How pricing works

Four things determine your quote

We do not publish a per-seat rate because two companies with the same headcount can have very different environments. These are the factors we assess.

01
Users and devicesHow many people, laptops, desktops and servers need coverage
02
Current conditionAgeing hardware, unmanaged network or missing backups add remediation work
03
Support hoursBusiness hours, extended hours or 24/7 cover
04
Sites and travelNumber of locations and on-site frequency

What is never an extra

  • Ticket logging and updates
  • Remote diagnosis and fixes
  • Monthly reporting
  • Advice on upgrades and purchases
  • Escalation to vendors on your behalf

Hardware, licences and major projects are quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are buying.

Questions

Pricing, without the fine print

Why not show a per-user price?

Because a per-user price either overcharges simple environments or under-delivers on complex ones. After a short audit we know the device count, current risks and support hours, and we quote a fixed monthly fee against that scope.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Most support agreements run on a 12-month term with a notice period, which lets us invest in documentation and improvements upfront. Shorter or project-based arrangements are possible depending on the situation.

What happens if we need more support than expected?

We review usage in your monthly or quarterly report. If the scope has genuinely changed — more users, a new site, a heavier workload — we discuss an adjustment openly rather than sending surprise overage invoices.

Does the audit really cost nothing?

The initial consultation and high-level assessment are free. If you want a detailed technical audit with documentation, that is a scoped piece of work — and we will say so before starting.

Can we start with a project and add support later?

Yes. Many clients begin with a network refresh, migration or security project and move to a support plan once the environment is stable. The project work is priced separately and documented either way.
